This is a conveniently located, single-floor home within minutes of major shopping and restaurants. Good parking. Very responsive host. We really appreciated the decent-sized eat-in kitchen, spacious living room, and comfy bedrooms. The half-bath was an added benefit. We hosted a few small family gatherings here over the holidays and it worked out perfectly. We will be back in the future.

A great space with fun amenities like ping pong and an easy to use tv. Very easy to communicate with the host. A nice family friendly atmosphere that was close to the local farmers market.

This property is beautiful inside and out! From the listing you get a feel for where its at and can google map the location. Dont bother. Google maps isnt updated! The neighborhood, however, is! My kids played inside and outside without me hovering. Neighbors were out mowing and walking babies and dogs. Felt totally safe. We are country folk so this was important! Another thing to take notice of was the cieling fans in each room! This was a huge bonus for us! Wasnt a fan of the living room furniture as there are 6 of us and it was more suited for 4 people. Doesnt hurt the review any as thats of course personal taste. They have a chess board and books scattered around to be read if you have down time. The game room was loved by my kiddos. From darts to ping ping they could have lived out there. All in all it was a cozy stay and should we head back to indianapolis fairgrounds for an event we would certainly book here again!

Cozy, comfortable and convenient

The house was perfect for what we needed. We were in Indy for a college soccer showcase and this was close and fit the bill for cost and number of beds. The area was close to food and shopping. I would recommend and stay here again. The management company was very responsive.

Cozy Cottage

The house was exactly as described. We found it cozy, clean and calming. They had everything we needed, and the location was great. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owners was easy as well.
