"Overall the stay was okay. Checking in and paying cash was a problem for the night manager, he was extremely rude and not welcoming. Bed was terrible, but room was spotless. Extremely clean, the rest of the staff over the next few days were good. Talked with the marketing manager and the GM about our issues with the night manager, they went above and beyond to try to make up for it. (We stayed there to meet someone to purchase a puppy. The hotel ended up mailing us a toy basket for our new pup...

"This is an ok hotel. Stuff is relatively clean, but the hotel is aging. It eels like you can ear your neighbors breath...which was not fun. The breakfast were ok, but missing a lot of fruits most of the time. And finally, the drain of my bath wasn't working all that great. It is nice to look at, but there's a lot of small issues like those that blemishes the experience."

"Room was noisy the ac make loud noisy did not sleep. The toilet keeps running and the shower was gross with not shampoo. They did not have the room we selected and the receptionist did not see any we found out when we get to the room . We selected a king size bed and got two queen . Again did not slept. "

"It was nice, some of the rooms A/C units were not working properly but the ambient temperature was not horrible so the room temperature was OK. I would do a check on the rooms and make sure all A/C units are running properly but other than that everything was good!"

"Good property, there was a beautiful sitting area out back that you could only get to through the pool and then you had to prop the door open to keep from getting locked out. Bed was great - which is the most important thing"
