Luxury and completely renovated 1 level 3 bedroom home ( sleeps 6 ) in sought after Indian Wells loc. Located just 20 min drive from Palm Springs Int'l Airport this home is centrally located in an upscale residential neighborhood. Short distance to World Class Golf, Tennis, restaurants and shopping. Please note that we manually add to your quoted rate the cost of utilities and pool heat. The utility fee will not show up on your booking and will be added based on the duration of your stay. Pool heat cost depends on the time of year.

The home has been stylishly equipped for your luxury holiday enjoyment. We also boast a lovely private pool and outdoor hot tub. To compliment you will also find an Outdoor Fireplace too for enjoying evenings in the private fully fenced back yard. Stylish outdoor patio & pool furniture compliment the lovely landscaped private gardens.

Los Angeles just 2 hrs west, Disneyland is 90 min and San Diego is 2.5 hrs all by car. This is a 1st class home to enjoy your Desert Vacation.

Additional features of this home include a fabulous kitchen ideal for the gourmet cook! Gas BBQ, Inviting Hot Tub perfect after a round of tennis or golf . Two outdoor showers of which one is completely private off the master ensuite. The gardens are all beautifully landscaped and the location is private and quiet. The House was very comfortable with many seating areas. The pool and hot tub were the best part, with again, many seating options poolside. There were also plenty of towels both for the pool and bathrooms. We especially liked being able to shower outside before entering the pool out after swimming. The host was very responsive, but we didn’t have any issues anyway. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, oils/vinegars, and cooking equipment. A few more food storage containers would help. The location is handy to a good grocery store and plenty of restaurants.

The house is outstanding, full equipped with almost everything you need. Great location near everything in a very quiet community with beautiful mountain views.The property is well appointed with beautiful landscaping. The pool and hot tub are a great addition. The house has several cozy hang out areas inside the house and outside. Made for great shady areas too! Fun decor, pool awesome with sun umbrellas that have stands in the pool step. Close to shopping, dining, theater, hiking, biking…

Perfect house…perfect location

We stayed 9 days at the house with my family….four adults and two children. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We all loved the location and how comfortable the house was. Great spring break vacation for our family….will stay there again.

Clean, quiet, modern house in nice neighborhood

We had an excellent stay and highly recommend Andrew's lovely house. We were there for the tennis (BNP Paribas Open) and the distance (2 mi) to the Tennis Garden was perfect (away from traffic; close to the venue). We used both the bikes that Andrew has as well as a couple we rented (Triabike; would recommend them, as well). Place is clean, quiet and up to date. Overall, a fabulous time!

Great stay in Indian Wells

We had an excellent experience at this property. It's well-kept, and communication was seamless with the owner and the property manager. We spent a lot of time enjoying the backyard with a pool and jacuzzi that were not overly chlorinated like we've found with some properties. We loved the grapefruit tree and had a lot of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice using the provided juicer. Quiet neighborhood that was nice to walk around in. Close to shopping areas including El Paseo. We thought the price was good for what you get. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Bei einem kleinen Problemchen hat der Gastgeber sofort reagiert und es gelöst. Wir haben den Pool genossen. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Amazing Beautiful Home

The house is GORGEOUS, in a beautiful area of La Quinta with a swimming pool to die for on an enormous lot. Plenty of space inside and out. The house was clean, decorated beautifully and my family and I never wanted to leave. Plenty of pool toys, bicycles, television with cable in every room, 2 fireplaces and an outdoor shower to rinse off. Paradise!
