SELF CHECK IN apartment across the beach!!! You can walk to the beach (30seconds).The apartment has a perfect location and you can see a little of the ocean!!All of the furniture and appliance of the apartment are new! the neighborhood is very calm. Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation in front of the beach!! the kitchen is not complete! You can see every launch of the NASA spaceship from the beach that is in front of the apartment!

Really nice apartment located in Indialantic at the city of Melbourne.
It has a lot of amazing bars, restaurants, pubs, cafes, right by the beach. and surrounded with several beaches, which is one of the best reasons for tourist to visit. Local surfers will delight you with their performance. The bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable queen size bed, and has a closet for your belongings and a full bathroom . The living room is very nice with small dining table. Please notice that we don't have a complete kitchen, we provide microwave, coffee maker, plates, forks, knifes, a refrigerator. We don't have a sink in the kitchen. pets allowed, we have a one time pet fee. The A/C has a central unit that is set it up at 74° and then we have an A/C unit at the master bedroom that you can set it up at your convenience.

Free Parking for 1 car
The kitchen is not complete, We include coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator . The appliances are all news. We also provide towels and bed sheets.
Check in at 4:00 pm, for $30 you can check in at 2:00 pm.
Check out at 11:00 am, for $30 you can check out at 1:00 pm.
-Owner who lives from the renting of this place so I want the best for my guests.

Other things to note

Property secured with cameras. We accepts pets we have a one time pet fee. I don t allow more than people in the property, no visit too. if any question about extra guests coming please let me know. the fee is $50 per day. The apartment can only be used for the people who rent the property. Pet friendly!
I wanted to note that the A1A is. a busy street that you have to cross to get to the beach access, however there is a safe cross path one block away from the apartment.


IMPORTANT- If you book for the same day after 4pm we require a 2 hours of prior notice. So if you booked at 5pm to check in at that same day, your check in will be at 7pm, for example

Steps not very safe.

The only problem we had was that the steps outside to get to the apartment were very steep. Not very good for older people or disabled.

Father/son beach time.

Property is nice and clean. Location and price make it worthwhile. If you’re going to stay here make sure you bring more bedding or blankets as it does get chilly at night. Rental manager does not keep extra on hand and didn’t provide any than what’s on the bed. Improvised as my son slept on the couch. Can’t adjust thermostat which wasn’t a big deal for us. No kitchen but tons of stuff to eat close by and grocery right down the street. Air fryer would have been very helpful.

Our stay in Melbourne Beach

What we really enjoyed was being right across from the Ocean. Also being within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. This was or third time staying here and we will be back. Also very caring property managers!

Great place with small issues.

I want to start by saying the property manager answered quickly in response to any issue I had. With that being said, the issues I had were first there is no way to control the ac for the space from inside the space. I did have to text the property manager to get him to turn it down. Second was an issue with the tv and being able to get the apps we wanted. Again I txt the manager and issue was solved quickly. One issue that I had though that I knew wasn’t fixable was the bed. The bed was horrible. My wife and I ended up sleeping on the couch after the first night. We both tossed and turned unable to get comfortable, and when one would toss or turn the bed made so much noise it woke the other up. I also personally think there should always be curtains in the bedroom as the sunlight was crazy in that room and hard to sleep in when we didn’t sleep well due to the bed. Location was great, the space was clean and simple. Not much to it. But was enough for what we needed.

lack of kitchen tv huge issue

Owner indicated there were issues with past neighbors reason for no tv in living room, brought our own, talked to neighbors no problems place would be ok for short term stay week or so but we stayed a month, no kitchen was a major problem but were able to be bring some things that made in more tolerable but did not know there was no sink that caused major issue for most part neighbors good, but they did have some younger people for a few days that were very loud found front window had huge crack, was not informed til we got there

Property Description was Misleading

Property manager was very nice and polite. Apartment is above a “Psychic” business, the entrance door was loose and not very secure. The bed was extremely uncomfortable! Balcony was in dire need of repairs ie rotting wood & loose boards. Interior entrance ceramic tiles missing and covered by oversized rug, tripping/turning ankle hazard.

Had another persons mask left in the room, lizards in room, shower smelt like cheap cleaner and had lots of bubbles from something once I turned the water on. Took 5mins for the soap or whatever to drain. No temp control, tv but no channels, uncomfortable bed, property looks trashy

Worth the Stay

This is our 2nd stay here and it does not disappoint! The property manager is friendly and quick to answer any questions or concerns. This is close to the beach, food, and far enough away from major tourist type areas. It is a clean, quaint apartment and perfect for our getaways!

First off, the property owner was awesome. He was on top of communication and very friendly. The ease of check in was great. They send you a code and you’re in. The apartment was clean and right across from the beach. Perfect for a long weekend get away. Quiet neighborhood and plenty to do around. We will definitely go back!

Great place to stay!

The rental was extremely spacious! Everything that was described in the listing was as exactly that way in the apartment. The beach access was right across the road and not crowded at all. I would definitely stay and recommend staying here!

The location is great. Across the street from the beach. Would be much better with a kitchen and sink. Other than that the size is plenty big. The main room could also use a dining table and tv.
