This beautifully updated condo sits right on the beach and offers private access to the sand, just steps from the front door! Step inside to the living room, decorated in subtle coastal decor, and featuring a comfy couch and flatscreen TV. There's also a cozy dining area and kitchenette, perfect for whipping up snacks for the beach. Free WiFi keeps everyone plugged in. There is also a shared washer/dryer on-site. After you get the lay of the land, grab one of the provided beach towels and head for the shared, heated pool or beach. Or, with the Indian River just minutes away as well, you could opt for some birdwatching or kayaking. Ocean or river, pool or beach-you can't go wrong at this relaxing, oceanfront getaway.

The kitchenette features a fridge, two-burner stove, and microwave.

We stayed at this property as a family of 2 parents/young child checking in on a Friday and out on a Monday during the month of October.What we loved: If what you are looking for is distance to the ocean and a view, this property is IT! Steps from the ocean with a convenient foot wash and lighted path. The living room sliding doors look out directly to the ocean which was stunning. The decor was cute and the condo was well furnished with everything you would need, including hand soap and shower toiletries. The TV had plenty of channels to choose from and the pull out couch worked well for our young child. There are drug stores, grocery stores, and gas stations nearby for convenience.Where we wish the property would invest: New pillows (all the spare pillows for the pull out couch were stained) and mattress (very lumpy and not comfortable). The bathroom sink/vanity is separate from the shower/toilet and is essentially unusable as the water comes out in a slow dribble. This slow dribble has been its status/condition for some time as evidenced by the hard water stains on the faucet itself. We would love to see one of the two closets freed up for clothing storage or invest in luggage stands. The closets were filled with cleaning supplies and beach items. Finally, if you are sensitive to light when you sleep, be prepared to drape a blanket over the window in the bedroom as there are not blackout curtains.

The condo smelled musty and old. The carpet was dirty and felt wet the whole time we were there. The vents looked like they haven’t been cleaned or changed in years. The only good thing about this condo was the location. We will not be staying in that condo again.

Proximity to beach was wonderful. Bed was comfy. Unit was clean, but general maintenance needs to be addressed. Filters need to be cleaned or replaced. Two of the four lamps did not work even with new bulbs. Door lock was difficult-took at least two or three tries to open. Door to Juliette balcony could not be opened all the way

Great beach weekend

What a wonderful weekend stay. Great place on the beach. Room clean and spacious. Yep in other reviews on the 3rd floor no elevator, which didn’t matter for us. Nice pool with great grill out area. Close to downtown Melbourne which had great shops and local bars. Many happy memories. Will consider again for a trip.

Perfect for two people. Right on the water. The only thing I would mention is that there is no stove or balcony but there is a slider that overlooks the water. Great place! Would definitely go back!

Nice place but there was no water in vanity, no coffee maker, and the air conditioner was extremely loud, the entry conbo is yoo long and confusing, and the outside lights in the front room kept us up.

good location

The property was nice however in the description did not indicate the room was on the 3rd floor with outside steps and no elevator. We found the stove did not work and was reported. The bathroom faucet sink was a trickle so not overly usable -also reported. The host said he would come look at these problems but we told him to wait until we checked out. The motel itself is right on the ocean and has a beautiful pool. If the above items were corrected, I would recommend the place.

The condo was adequate for two people. However, the vertical blinds were broken - would not rotate or open/close. I contacted the office. He said that condo was one of just a few with a different owner and he could not help me. He did say that the previous occupant had also complained about the vertical blinds being broken and I should call Vacasa - which I did. They offered to send out maintenance but I said that I had no intention of wasting our valuable time with our granddaughter and her family waiting for maintenance to show up and then be told what I already knew - the blinds needed to be replaced. Vacasa folks were kind but I felt they should have offered some level of compensation since those blinds clearly had been broken for some time. The property has great access to the beach and a great pool. It's clearly an older property but has been updated nicely. From what I can see Vacasa is the one failing to do its job by fixing broken items.

Great beach, great restaurants nearby Would have liked the option of a beach view balcony, though this option was not discussed in their listing and should have been. Plus we were put on the 3rd floor with stairs as the only option. Handicap renters would have been unable to negotiate the walk up plus management didn't offer any assistance in bringing luggage to the room

The location was nice and easy to get into from the street. The stairs were steep for me, some of the pans weren't the cleanest, the pullout bed and couch were not comfortable had to put the mattress on the floor.... Also the washing machine took 45 min.... Simple updates are needed.
