The outside of hotel is nice and the area. Rooms are big but need to be updated, especially the bed and bathroom, also was no extra toilet paper. Things I did not like, someone knocking at my door at 11pm and running off, when I mention to front desk they were like dont know but they do with people checking in, also got charge extra 25 pounds at check out and they cannot explain why or even respond to me. They put us in a room , right at front of stairs did not like that.

Good facilities with helpful staff. Room was clean but lots of marks on walls that could be repaired. Also just outside room 14, the window has a security light that shines straight into the room so quite bright during the night.
