"This was a beautiful apartment to stay in, with the perfect mix of historic charm and fresh, modern finishes. We did have a mix-up with our booking, as the room was reserved for three people but didn’t have a sleeping option for the third guest. However, reception responded quickly and made things right, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely apartment in a great location. Two large newly decorated bedrooms both with ensuite. Would thoroughly rwcommend"

"Rotten floorboards in the bathroom. Bad smell in bathroom."

"Our stay was overshadowed by the host sending us a series of unpleasant and increasingly threatening messages. We were travelling up from Nottingham because we had a funeral the following day. When we got there we had some elderly family members visit us at around 7pm in the evening. "Lovely modern clean apartment right at the end of Princess and Rose Streets. Fantastic location."

"Excellent hôtel très bien situé! C’était assez tranquille la nuit même si c’était près de plusieurs pubs. Nous avons adoré y séjourner et le recommandons fortement. Lit confortable, chambre assez grande. Nous avons opté pour deux lits simples afin de bien dormir car dans la description ce n’était pas trop claire si c’était des lits King size et nous n’avons pas regretter, les lits étaient collée donc c’était tout comme! N’hésitez pas et allez-y, vous allez aimer!"

"Got bitten by some insects/bugs though not sure what."

"The location is excellent, close to stores and restaurants but the downside; it can be very noisy. You can hear group of people yelling and sounding drunk up to 3:00 AM"

"We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location is unbeatable—right next to Waverley Station and just a 5-minute walk to the Royal Mile. The staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. The only drawback was a hole/opening in the bedroom wall. We specifically booked an apartment for bedroom privacy, so having that gap defeated the main purpose of choosing a separate bedroom layout. With that issue fixed, it would be an ideal stay!"
