"지하 주차장이 모자라서 가까이에 있는 외부 주차장에 차를 댈수는 있겠지만 그 외부 주차장 역시 꽉찼다는 말에 어떤 직원도 적절한 조치를 못해 주었어요. 그냥 투숙객이 알아서 빈자리 나엉때까지 빙빙 돌다가 빈자리가 마침 나면 알으서 대규 와여 되더군요. 외부 주차장에 빈자리그 없다고 어떡해어 하냐는 말에 프런트에 계시던 어떤분도 답변을 주지 않았습니다. 외부 주차장 관리를 더 잘 하셔야 할거 깉아요"
