On the first floor, the living and sleeping area features 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm x 200 cm, providing a comfortable and versatile space for relaxation. A dedicated room offers 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm x 200 cm, while a further room is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm. A walk-through room on this level includes 1 pull-out bed suitable for 1 person, with 2 sections each measuring 90 cm x 200 cm. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and is complemented by a dining table. A shower room with WC is also located on this floor, and direct access to a balcony is available from the living area.
