Comfortable Flat in Historic Building in Quiet Village by the Sea

The Casa Cri flat is located in Porto Maurizio, in the Borgo Parasio district, the old part of the town where traces of the medieval citadel are still visible. A place rich in history with a view of the sea, which we will be happy to tell you about. A restricted traffic zone to enjoy silence and tranquillity overlooking the sea. Two restaurants and a pizzeria just a few metres away. During the summer season free electric shuttle service to the sea. Your host will provide you with all the information and support you need for a tailor-made stay.
RELAXING ARRIVAL
Upon request by e-mail or message, (48 hours prior to arrival) you will be provided with drinks and top-quality local products for aperitifs, dinner, breakfast. After unloading your luggage you can immediately relax without having to worry about going shopping. Rates vary according to your requests and needs. The service will cost Euro 25.
GUIDED TOUR
Inside the flat you will find information on how to organise a guided tour of the village and town of a duration and characteristics to be agreed upon.

The flat Casa Cri is located on the second floor (without lift) of an old building overlooking Piazza Parasio. On one side of the flat you can see towards the sea, on the other side towards the mountains. The style of the house is typical of these buildings: vaulted ceilings and arches. Windows of different sizes, marble grit floors and period tiles.
The kitchen has a pantry room. From the kitchen, one door leads to the large living room and the other, through a wardrobe area, to the master bedroom. The large living room also leads to the double bedroom and the small bedroom with sofa bed (two single beds, one of which can be pulled out). Both rooms have a bathroom with shower. The style of the house is typical of these buildings: vaulted ceilings and arches. Windows of different sizes, marble grit floors and period tiles. The furnishings are designed by me to make this holiday home warm and cosy. The kitchen is well equipped, but if anything is missing, we will provide it on the day.

The rates include all utilities (gas, electricity, water, rubbish) EXCEPT HEATING, bed linen and towels provided, and final cleaning. It will be good practice to leave the flat in the condition in which it is found. A regulation will be available inside the flat indicating also the rules for the disposal of differentiated rubbish.
