This brand new home has an open concept gourmet kitchen, living area overlooking the pool area, 3 spacious bedrooms, an office or 4th bedroom (pullout), and 3 full bathrooms, with a hot tub and pool in enclosed lanai with great outdoor space. The home has recently been fully furnished and professionally decorated, and is ready now! 30 day minimum rental.

The home is located within the National Golf & Country Club gated community with a world class 18-Hole Championship Golf course, gym, spa, tennis & pickleball which are fully open, and the outdoor tiki bar, restaurant and resort style pool are nearing completion!

The National Golf & Country Club is located in Ave Maria Florida. Ave Maria is one of the fastest growing communities in the United States, complete with vibrant Town Center, wonderful array of amenities, shops, restaurants, a Publix supermarket, and much more. There`s so much to see and do here—all within steps of your front door or a nice golf cart ride.

Nestled in the heart of Collier County, Ave Maria may be the biggest surprise of Southwest Florida. A happy community where children ride their bikes to school, and everyone knows their neighbors.

Ave Maria is only 45 minutes north of Naples Florida with its high-end shopping, world-class arts and culture, sophisticated dining, family fun, and wild outdoors.

Just over 1.5 hours, and you can hit the bright lights and big city action of Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.

The home comes with a social membership and full access to all the amazing amenities that The National Golf and Country Club has to offer including tennis, gym, pickle ball, spa and much more! For golf, additional green fees apply.

Please note this property is located in a gated HOA community so there is a 30 day minimum booking requirement. The application process, lease, and security deposit will follow after booking.

Fantastic property!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely The owner and property manager ensured that everything went smoothly from start to finish! The house is clean and well equipped. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The house is well laid out with all three bedrooms having their own bathroom. We also appreciated the separate den that has a desk in it. Wifi was good. We enjoyed baking in the kitchen which has a large kitchen island countertop. We also used the grill on the lanai several times. Awesome to have our own private pool and hot tub. We are not golfers but we enjoyed walking around the community.
