"Lovely room with views of the Rhine. Food mostly very good, fortunately so, since there isn’t much nearby for dining. Breakfast felt very expensive though it was good. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. We liked the option to have €5 back for each night for not having cleaning. There was some building work going on which shook the whole building rather early in the morning! I would stay again, however."

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gute Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Alles sieht frisch aus.
Die Lage ist extrem günstig um die Altstadt zu besuchen - man kommt überall gut zu Fuß hin. Leider gab es im Hotelrestaurant kein Abendessen, aber es gibt viele Optionen in der Umgebung.
Frühstück war insgesamt gut. Etwas mehr Müsli-Optionen (Cerealien, Nüsse und Saaten) wären nett, aber dafür gab es dreierlei Grütze (rot, gelb und... Erdbeer-Rhabarber?). Cool."

Die Rezeption war um 18:20 Uhr unbesetzt, obwohl laut Internet bis 19:00 Uhr jemand vor Ort sein sollte. Beim Selbst-Check-in lagen Namen, Zimmernummern und Schlüsselkarten für jeden offen und ungeschützt aus – ein massiver Datenschutz-Verstoß. Der Flur im 1. OG war zudem komplett dunkel. Die Zimmertür ließ sich nur mit Gewalt schließen.

The breakfast was very good, with a surprisingly wide selection for a three-star hotel. We stayed in a standard double room, and it was much bigger than we expected. The bed was also extremely comfortable.
Overall, it was excellent value for money, and we would definitely recommend this hotel."

"You have to walk down to another hotel to check in. Sitting outside to wait for my partner to get the key, I did not feel this was the best of areas.
There was a funky/musty smell that was quite off-putting in the entrance hall but the bedroom area was good. The nearest restaurant is a kilometre away.
Only one bed was made up and only one set of towels were present when we got to our room. More were sent up when requested but did not come with a pillow.

die Zimmer sowie das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Kein Schrank für Kleidung zum aufhängen. Legedlich eine Stange mit 5 Kleiderbügel viel zu wenig. Ablage für T-Shirt vorhanden. Klimaanlage war sehr wichtig bei der Hitze. Frühstück war ausreichend aber jetzt auch kein Heileit für 15,90 Euro. Parkplatz muss nochmals extra bezahlt werden. Sollten wir nochmals in Koblenz sein werden wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen. War nicht unseres"
