"La villa est très bien située, l’aéroport à 3 minutes en voiture, la plage à 700 m, grande promenade, bowling…tout est a proximité Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sayed qui s’est rendu très serviable et disponible, toujours à l’écoute et très gentil. "We had a lovely one bedroom apt with a pool and ocean view . They on a hill that we walked up and down most days but they have a free shuttle if you dont want to walk . There is a gym and pool on a higher level and they have a 3d pool down by their beach. There is a ramp over sheraton road and an elevator that takes you down to the 3d pool and the beach with lounges that are free for guests . "I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable....
