"The property was over priced for what it is , I had called the hotel to ask about adjusting dates due to a family emergency and the front desk person stated she would contact the manager and get back to me but I never heard anything and no mention at check in either ……. The hotel is okay but I would expect better at the rate they charge , they did however give a water bottle at check in but I’d preferred they keep the gift and charge appropriately………"

"The room was Reno’s recently and so beautiful! Nice touches like heated mirrors in the bathroom, tons of hygiene products, soft close cabinets, great design, and ocean view! "Check-in staff was very welcoming and the stay included a gift of chocolates and one of their brews. Complimentary parking and easy access to walking trails is a huge plus. Room is located in a heritage house. Our room was on the main floor and sound does travel from hallways and upper floors, but it did not affect our enjoyment. The bed was quite comfortable and room was clean. It would have been nice to have an electrical outlet in the bathroom, or a mirror in the main room near an outlet. A...

"Our first impression was good, until we noticed all the stains on the carpet in our room. The Lady Byng room. They may have been cleaned, but the stains remained. The breakfast, including the presentation, was lovely. The lounge was lovely with interesting artifacts. Parking was convenient. I went to the office at 10:45 on the morning of our departure to buy some coffee; the office sign said closed from 11-4."

"The room and hotel itself was good. My room was clean. The beds were comfy. My only concern was there was a very loud intoxicated guest a few doors down(cops involved) and I probably only slept about an hour and left at 3:30 AM as there’s no way I could sleep. The staff was there by himself and did a great job trying to control the situation, but it still was very loud and disturbed a lot of guests."

"The location is excellent. Close to airport, restaurants especially Jap food and others. No elevators so if you travel heavy, lots of lifting to get to your room. Badly maintained like broken sliding doors, bolt chain, broken phone, etc. The only other good thing about the place is the large size rooms and 3 beds which is good for family."

"What a wonderful surprise to arrive at the Ocean Promenade. Our room was a large one bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen and fresh furnishings. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and could watch the tides go in and out. The room was extremely clean and daily service was excellent. The little coffee shop in the building offered great breakfasts and lunches at a reasonable price. Highly recommend"
