In the vineyards of the Graves and Sauternes, 30 minutes from Bordeaux and an hour from the ocean, Ideally located in the countryside, 50 meters from the Landes forest, our cottage will seduce you with its calm and functionality.
On the first floor, a large bathroom with walk-in shower, a toilet, a large bedroom with a 160x200 bed.
An equipped kitchen and a relaxation area with television and sofa.
Upstairs, a large bedroom with three 90 cm beds, a second shower room and a second toilet.
Covered terrace, barbecue, children's games, garden furniture, baby equipment.
The cottage is fully enclosed with automatic gates. Rental of two nights minimum, week, and month following the period. Rental of 7 nights minimum for the months of June, July and August.
Hydroalcoholic gel dispenser available, disinfection of the cottage according to protocol. Sheet rental possible at the price of 20 euros per bed, towels 10 euros per person.
