"On Expedia, this property is listed as No pets allowed, which is why we chose it. I have allergies and need a no pet location. While there, we saw several dogs in the hotel. Their actual website says pets allowed. Expedia has the wrong information!!!"

"This hotel was understaffed. Our room was not ready until 2 hrs after check-in. The room was clean, but small. The pillows were small and requested 2 additional. The breakfast was sad. No toast or pastry items. Also the hot water was empty with no personnel in sight to refill. There were a lot of kids (sports teams). We were also charged for data usage which we were not informed of being charged. There a 2 other hotels in the area that we had better experiences. Therefore, we will...

"Great location and upscale neighborhood close to Interstate. My room was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent too, a very thoughtful and well-prepared selection breakfast choices. "

"The staff was phenomenal. Even at check in the front desk person told me my floor but not my room for safety as to not announce my room number out loud which I really appreciated especially traveling with small children. He went above and beyond when I needed an extra blanket and even let me pick mine out. I got 3 hours away and realized I left my Apple Watch in the room, called back and they put it in the safe for me! "

"We came to enjoy the pool during spring break with our two small kids and found so much more to explore! We live a little over an hour away in the downtown Pittsburgh area. Great food (we are at Trace and Skyline), friendly staff, great breakfast sandwich + good coffee at the coffee shop! We loved the zoo so much that we visited twice - we paid for the extra animal experience at the zoo the first day we went, hours were a little short so this took up most of our visit, but was worth EVERY penny...

"Spent the weekend for AAU basketball tournament. This hotel was very clean, friendly staff and was nice having kitchenette. I don't usually sleep well my first night in a hotel, but bed was very comfortable and was very quiet! Even with the window to front of building. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Clean room, staff were friendly and helpful despite working nonstop during snowstorm. They were constantly working to clear out snow with just shovel and broom. I saw them after greeting guests they jumped right out to clear snow. What a hard working folks that night when we pulled in. "
