"Very clean and modern space. Within walking distance of many restaurants. There are renters in the lower level of the house with a dog, so sometimes I would hear them, especially in the early morning."

"Beautiful apartment decorated by an artist, I’m sure. Walking distance to downtown. Lovely and warm even though it was snowing. Host are super friendly and helpful. "

"Host did not send keypad entry code. I sent four messages, through the VRBO app, over the course of 5-6 hours asking for the code with no response. I went to the rental to inquire with another building resident and she also could not reach the host. I had to book a hotel for the night, or drive 4 hours home and miss the second day of my business conference."

"Upon arrival at this house we were greeted with an unkempt lawn and a key pad that would not unlock the house. Once inside we were blasted with a stale, moldy, old-smoke smell. Upon further inspection, we found hair in the shower and on the back of the toilet. One of the toilets was most definitely not cleaned as it had poop on the sides of the bowl. "We really enjoyed our stay at Happy House! It’s in a great location and the hosts thought of everything ( even some small details that made our stay more comfortable). Communication was top notch as well and if I could give it more stars I would. I highly recommend Happy House! "

"This property was very clean, looks just as pictured, and met all of our needs while we were in town. Accessing the property was very straightforward, and Shannon was very responsive both before and during our stay. Would certainly recommend!"

"The property was clean, host extremely responsive.Great space for six adults and a toddler. There is no bbq if you were hoping to grill food. Also said sleeps 8, cutlery wise, only 6 forks.Aside from those two things, a great spot to stay."

"Family friendly, we were a family of 8 and it met all our needs."

"Its location in a wonderful place near a lake - but building should have maintained in a better way. Its a four bed room, with only 1 queen bed and rest are all single bed / bunk beds poor lightings overall the cottage - and no lamps bathroom - no proper shower - no toilet papers - no lock - no door mats, I will not recommand for large groups. If well maintained this place is good to spend a peaceful stay."
