"excellent Condo !! very clean and quality furnishings. Plenty of towels and everything provided. (There was no wine opener though, so I bought one and left in the drawer - probably taken by previous renter)Only downfall was that the town of Suwannee is still recovering from the hurricanes, so limited restaurants nearby and the channels for boating are compromised, so hard to navigate."

"Wonderful location on the Suwannee River. Close to Manatee Springs and the Gulf. So happy to be able to bring and dock a boat. Boat ramp is 2 minutes down the road. The neighbors were extremely friendly. The house was clean and spacious enough for our large group. The only downside to our stay is that one room with a King bed was extremely warm while the rest of the home was nice and cool. It would not cool down enough, to the point that we opted to sleep on an air mattress next to the kitchen...

"Our stay at Keith’s place was amazing. We had originally booked another location but they canceled on us a week before our trip and we were left scrambling trying to find another place that could accommodate our group. Keith was so kind and accommodating to us and was quick to respond with any questions we had. The house was well stocked and spacious enough for our group of 11, 6 adults and 5 kids. "John and Anne are amazing hosts and offer a very nice RV camping experience. We loved cooking breakfast and dinners on the outdoor grill and sitting outside watching our Gators lose their softball game while we enjoyed the birds and sounds of the river right next to us. Excellent communication and as much or as little interaction as you wish to have w the hosts. The location is quiet and offers excellent access to both Fanning and Manatee Springs or enjoyable paddling right off the dock. ...

"This place was perfect for us. My cousin has a house on the same canal and my mom has a condo in Suwanee Cove. So, this location was perfect for our family to come and see everyone but still have our own space. It was a perfect size for our family as we have 2 teenagers, 2 kids in their 20s the porch got a ton of use. We loved having that large porch for family games. (The fans on the back porch made it soooooo lovely in the evenings) "
