"This is one of our favorite places. We come every year sometimes twice a year since we live only about an hour+ away. Though some features have changed over the years. There definitely needs to be more servers tending the pool area. Years ago they would circulate constantly. Also there HAS to be more umbrellas. The sun is blaring and yes it’s great to cool off in the pool, but there has to be more shade too. Seriously, 10 more umbrellas around chairs by the pool would make a massive difference. "

"I had a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding area from the balcony. The room was perfect for 1 or 2 people and was equipped with everything needed in a kitchen, the room was clean, floor was clean, usually at a beach the floors feel damp, not here. the building was far enough from the edge of the village to hear the karaoke bar ,b ut far enough away to not be bothered by the loud music. "The suite was outstanding. Well equipped, very comfortable, clean, spacious and incredible views on our wrap around balcony. My only disappointment was the lack of privacy. Nothing stopping visitors walking onto our balcony, except from us blocking it off with chairs. Also (possibly unavoidable) was the amount of bird poop on the outside furniture. But I would absolutely stay again in cooler months. "

"The pool/beach area was amazing! The poolside service was awesome. My only concern was me a senior and friend staying with me a senior were assigned a 4 th floor room with no elevator. It took almost an hour to find a space that had an elevator. Jared the security guy was so helpful. Then for check out the system evidently had an issue and tried to charge me for what I had paid for on Expedia. Loved the resort not the service or convenience "

"We stayed in a room with an absolutely breathtaking view, the perfect way to start and end each day with the sound of the ocean. The front desk service at check-in and check-out was fantastic – friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The beach is spectacular – peaceful, clean, and ideal for relaxing or shelling. "Thank you for sharing your property with us! We had magnificent views—- including a full double rainbow 😍 the space was comfortable and clean and perfect for a long weekend getaway. We were able to easily access our boat to spend time on Cayo costa, lunch on cabbage key and a dip in the pool at the N. Captiva club. We didn’t need to use the bunk house, but would be perfect if we brought the kids! Thank you!!"

"Always the perfect beach vacation destination. We got every year. The rooms are set up like efficiencies so we can cook meals if we don’t wanna go to eat every day. There’s a laundry area that’s always handy. The pool is fantastic. Flippers has the best burgers. The bay is usually full of dolphins and sting rays, this summer we even saw manatees.
