"The best thing about Smith Rock Chalets is the view. To begin, the road in is over a mile (2.2km) of rough gravel. The shower has slightly warm water, at best. The wood kitchen chairs are uncomfortable, and the couch (hide-a-bed) in the loft (TV room) is equally uncomfortable. The bed was fairly soft but not too bad to sleep on. The weather wasn’t great while I was there so we didn’t use the pool or hot tub so can’t comment. I could not recommend the place."
