Not sure when the last renters were present but the spiders definitely own the place. Not sure about the water charge of 10??be prepared to clean and remove everything including the garbage when you leave.. apparently no cleaning service the past rental is the cleaning service.."

"We booked this very spontaneously and could not have been happier with the house and the city. We came from the Detroit area and in less than an hour and a half we were in a quiet beachside paradise. The house was perfect for two of us and a dog and its location ON the beach was more than we could have dreamed of. The beach was clean, and our hosts provided plenty of wood for bonfires.
