"Great experience. The entire staff at the Blue Lagoon were very friendly and polite. Thank you for the great hospitality. The air conditioning in the room worked great. Great size kitchen area for all your reheating or storing needs. I think the only negative thing I can say was the water pressure wasn’t always full. But that’s it. When we needed travel off the property. The outstanding front desk STAFF help you situate that, The driver comes and you pay. "

"For a small hotel the staff, facilities and rooms have so much to offer. It’s not a mainstream hotel so the rooms are very Caribbean and traditional style but it adds so much to your experience. "An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. "

"I completely fell in love with the room which was a double edge sword since you can see the beautiful Caribbean water from bed. I got take out to enjoy the amazing room set up. They think of everything and I’m enamored with the decor and mosquito net bedding; super quaint and romantic. Super quiet at night and everything is walking distance. The owner was one of our favorite parts we will be back in a few months and will bring more family. LOVED it. "

"Ich liebe diesen Ort! Genau so habe ich mir ein paar Tage Karibik vorgestellt. Einschließlich der Einschränkungen, wie z.B. zeitweise kein Wasser oder auch keine aircondition, dafür einen mega Blick auf das Meer bzw. Port Elisabet. Lunch, Dinner oder an der Bar DIREKT am Wasser ist schon sehr sehr cool! Ich empfehle das Frangipani wärmstens allen, welche nicht wert auf Schickimicki, dafür auf spirit und Natürlichkeit legen."

"Excellent location, great people and service. The food at the restaurant is A Everyone makes you feel welcomed and at home, like the surroundings and nature. The rooms could take a bit of upgrading but I like this place just the way it is ;-) "

"Third time staying here. I think it is the best value for the money in the Villa stretch. Again, I would double check on the beds available in the room booked. This one was listed as two twins and I asked if it could be put together into a King and they said it was already a King. The expedia website is frequently wrong in their listings of beds. Having Carib Beans behind the hotel is a big plus. Also, the hotel has started handing out 10% coupons to Carib Beans if you stay there. "
