"Great reception. Great location. Great security but unfortunately property needs immediate tending sorry. Water leak in floor of bathroom, horrible smell throughout unit, no remote for Aircon, just to turn it off. Great wifi and superb assistance from night watchman and morning call for taxi to airport! "Bula! Saphire was a beautiful place to bring together a family group, but could benefit from a couple of simple changes. It’s a stunning location at the top of the hill, and perfect if you like a bit more solitude/happy to travel to do things. The pool is beautiful but on the cold/refreshing side because it’s in the shade. The house is huge, so could easily host a crowd. It’s reasonably set up for cooking but simple things like dishwashing liquid are missing. Lots of pretty run down/needs...

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Suggest a small rubbish bin in each room or toilet. The kitchen needs at least 2 or 3 dish cloths. The plates are too tall for the dishwasher. "For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either.
