This is our 2nd visit and again not disappointed Staff were great, we were greeted with water and all admin completed efficiently.Welcome pack really helpful and avoided need for shopping on arrival. We were celebrating birthdays and received treats on the days from the staff. Housekeeping staff were great and rooms were cleaned and replenished without requesting ,and had everything we needed (Air con, kitchen and facilities, access to communal washing machine and dryer, close...

"Generally excellent stay - very spacious and has everything you want in an aparthotel (washing machine, kitchen). One thing we noticed about the staff that came to clean - she cleaned the bathroom and took the trash, and then without washing her hands, put new towels out! We asked her for new ones (she still didn't wash her hands) and then declined cleaning for the rest of the time we were there. "
