"Only one ice machine worked I was on the 6th floor had to go to the 2nd floor to get ice there are 2 elevators one was broken so it was a 15 minute wait to get on the elevator the room was nice the pool area was nice the cocktail server at the pool was slow had to wait 25 minutes to get my change other than that is was nice."

"When we checked in the front desk associate was not warm and welcoming and truly seemed annoyed. To pay tax and a service charge for a beach umbrella is crazy. Stayed at dozens +++ hotels and never had tax and a service charge. Additionally I gave the young man a tip for setting up the umbrella and some how there was also a tip on my bill for the umbrella set up. Hard to believe a $30.00 umbrella was 45.00 plus crazy and not acceptable."

"Do not stay here. We went for a quick girl's trip and had to move rooms as soon as we got there. Elevator did not work properly and could not access the room safe because the closet door blocked the safe door. We complained and were moved to another room on the second floor. This room had a leak in the bathroom ceiling and the toilet clogged every time we flushed it. We notified the hotel staff and despite more than two attempts to fix these problems, they were unsuccessful. In addition the...

"Our room was not cleaned daily. The second elevator was out of service. Given that it was a Holiday weekend and the hotel was full, more effort should have been made to have the elevator in service."
