There is no front entrance to the main property which is a negative. You have to go through an alley to the side of the property leading to the beach and ti the back entrance of the apartment. "Our first day was a bit rough as there were issues with the water filtration system, par for the course for less developed areas in the Philippines. If it were not for Kuya Greken, the property caretaker, and his quick response with jugs of purified water and buckets, I would have given less stars.
