"今回の滞在もスタッフの方々に暖かく細やかな応対、お客様に寄り添う気持ちが伝わってきて気持ちよく過 ごすことが出来ました。ザ・ラウンジ＆バーにて夕食を注文しました、少し料理を待たされることとなりましたが、その手違いを忘れさせるチーフやスタッフさんのフォローに流石、はいむるぶしさんと思いました。今回もクラブラウンジを利用させていただきましたが、ここでも満足に過ごさせていただきました。何度も行きたくなる素晴らしいホテルです。"
