"We had a great 5 nights on the lake at this darling cabin. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The house was very clean and the air conditioning was a nice feature because it was very hot the week we stayed. The beach is very nice but very rocky. You definitely need some sort of water shoe/sandal that can handle sharp and slippery rocks. There is a small table and umbrella down at the beach but that is going to be it for shade. "Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July weekend. The cabin and amenities were perfect, very comfortable and spacious. The layout is cool and the views of the lake were perfect. We could see the fireworks through the trees. Location is close to town but just far enough away that it's not convenient to walk anywhere which was a bummer for us."

"We have stayed at the Gumprecht House several times and it is perfect for our family (18 months to 77!). The location is perfect, whether we are at the beach, out on the lake with our boat and wave runners, taking the kids to the very close park, playing pickle ball or strolling the streets of the lovely village. If not walking, our favorite mode of transportation is bicycling. The house is roomy and beautiful with 5 bedrooms and many sitting areas on the main floor. We shall be returning...

"Loved this little cottage! It’s in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The house is attractively furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the entire place is spotless. My little dog loved the big, fenced back yard. The resident white bunnies are fun to to watch. I’ll definitely be back."

"The house was clean. The backyard had a 6 foot wooden fence that was perfect for the dog. It was what we needed. We live local and needed a place while our bathroom was remodeled. It had what we needed, was clean and is an older home just like ours, so it was like being home. We will stay here again."
