"The location was really convenient. We could walk to downtown Ballard, plus there were lots of great places within a few blocks. Our room was efficient. It would have been nice to have a chair in the room to read vs the small bench. The communal kitchen on the first floor was a nice addition. We also appreciated having a small kitchen in our room. "

"This place was awesome for my fiancée and I! We were a 5ish min walk to Trader Joe’s, less than 10 min walk to the sealink train, multiple buses and rapid transit! The place was very clean and we appreciated the little details! In the bathroom there is soap, shampoo and conditioner (they smell AMAZING)! "Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. "We stayed here 2 nights. There were 4 kids 2 adults and it was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable. It had plenty of space for us all and is quiet. Only thing is if you're going ro use the couch hideaway bed bring your own sheets and blankets because there is nothing there."
