"Found a roach in our room. First time we’ve ever had that happen and we’ve stayed at multiple hotels on the island through out the years. First time at this hotel. Pool was very dirty. Oily top and full of dirt/grime. Did not seem to be kept up very well. Room had torn/ stained couch cushions, dirty ..."
