The room keys did not work and there needs to be an upgrade on the door locks so that people don't have to keep going to the front desk to say "My key does not work. I noticed that there were several guest whose keys did not work. The Personnel are very friendly and the cleaning crew that cleaned our room was very nice and did a good job.
