"I had a wonderful stay, facilities were very clean and nice! The staff were very helpful and polite, and I felt extremely welcomed at all times. There was a bit of construction outside but I didn’t hear it inside the building. I’d definitely come back and stay here again!"

JEN Penang Georgetown by Shangri-La
"Smoking guest all day long smoking in room especially during midnight and morning. After asked management following the rules, just solved !!! Housekeeping did not reported but just kept all guest in quite of terrible air."
