"The property was great and a very convenient location to the beach, shops, and pier. They have everything you could possibly need except food and clothing! Very clean, TVs and ACs in every room. The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. On our second to last day we were approached by the parking patrol and told this. He was super nice and said he wouldn't ticket us but another may. I said we were leaving the...

"My stay at the cottage was exactly what I needed, it’s an updated beachy vibe and excellent use of every space including some rainy day puzzles and books! The small fenced in yard was perfect for the furry family members, and you cant beat the location, such a close walk to the beach, and just far enough away from the busy OOB hustle! "We had a wonderful stay. The unit was immaculate and comfortable. The beach was steps away. Definitely recommend a stay!"

"Our stay was perfect. The house allowed for us to sleep 17 people comfortably, eat together, cook in teams for a progressive dinner and spread out all at the same time. Jason was quick to answer questions, and he provided excellent suggestions for places to eat and shop. We could not be more pleased with our stay. Thank you, Jason!!"

"The listing said "Studio Apartment," but it is really just a bedroom with a bath. A mini-fridge, coffeemaker and microwave oven do not make this a "Studio" in the sense that I understand that word (i.e., a one-room apartment with kitchen and bath). "We had such a great stay at this East End apartment. It was perfect for the two of us, super clean, comfortable, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We love to walk, so the location was ideal.
