The closeness of the location made it easy to walk to any restaurant in the French quarter but the electronic phone hotel card had defects the whole time to the point we had to request a physical copy. The staff was helpful and courteous.

The staff was great, kind and very accommodating. The cleaning staff res.\nPonded to every request in need. The history of the hotel and the location is great for getting to all the tourist sites and activities. They're hard wood original floors and you may hear the people above you so if you want total piece and quiet , don't stay there but if you don't mind an occasional basic walking because of the structure , it is a great facility . My husband and I plan on attending a Saint's game and we'll be standing at the hotel.
