"We had a fantastic stay this past week at this property! The location of the Villa was perfect- steps away from a gorgeous beach and having a nice pool was amazing. He arranged for our rental car to be delivered to his beautiful location we stayed at and made sure we had transportation from airport ready and there to pick us up once we arrived. "This place was perfect for us since we needed one night near the GGT airport. It is close to the airport and very comfortable. We could walk a couple minutes to a beach with no one else around. The proprietors were very nice and easy to reach on WhatsApp. The Internet was a little slow. There were no nearby restaurants or food stores, but we took a taxi to Georgetown for a most delicious dinner. If you spend time there, it might be best to rent a car."

"Point of View is a gem of a place! Just an amazing property. On a beautiful beach, clean and comfortable house. Great kitchen. We went to Ava’s a few times for their fresh baked bread, makes for amazing French toast! Going in the off season we something I have never done before, no one was on the beaches. It was like our own island. I would definitely come back. Really liked being away from the main tourist areas. We lived it!"

"This was our family trip for my father-in-law‘s 70th birthday and it did not disappoint. The house is in a perfect location with a beautiful views that you’ll get nowhere else. With access to the peace and plenty I can’t imagine it being better. We were there mid July and had beach access the whole time. And our favorite part was the patio at the beachfront. We would definitely stay there again."

"Our stay in Rokers Point was absolutely wonderful! The home is lovely, well designed and spacious. Comfortable beds, well stocked and excellent views all around. There are many great restaurants a quick golf cart ride away, Grande villa and the gated neighborhood itself is top notch! Destine, was an excellent property concierge! She is kind, prompt and helped us with every aspect of our reservation and stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Emerald Escape home again!"

"The house was amazing. The beach was beautiful and private. We only saw 3 other people on the beach the entire time we were there. (We were there for a week). The house had many amenities...floats, umbrellas, chairs, extra sunscreen, bug spray, etc. The owners and house manager were very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely come back!"

"I can't say enough about the owner and his team, especially Zoey. The house was clean, spacious and well maintained. The pool, decks and beach all exceeded our expectations. The beach was perfect for swimming, canoeing or snorkeling. We saw several types of fish, conch, stingrays and sea turtles. The Marina across from the house was perfect for fishing. "
