"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The only recommendation I would make is a minor one; have a laminated channel guide for the television in the room."

"The island was beautiful! The hotel was specious! My only complain was the toilet was not clean when we got there ! They should used Clorox to clean it ! "

"Beautiful view from both balconies. I liked that there was two entrances/exits. It felt like being at a tropical resort (but with chilly fall weather). My first trip to Kelley’s island was wonderful, would definitely stay here again. "

"Great location, communication, and facilities! The only negative response not earning it a perfect “excellent”rating was due to the stained and needing a shampoo carpeting. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and suited our needs beautifully. I would definitely recommend, and stay again! "

"We enjoyed this Beautiful, quiet and charming lakefront resort located walking distance to the town. It had large rooms and everything we needed. The grounds were quite lovely but needed some care."

"Great view but definitely had a few interactions with some bugs in the room. Right by the lake so it's to be expected. A couple crickets and some spiders. Other than that it was great!"

"Very nice place. Wished it had a bigger fridge, enough to have a small freezer. Check in ladies were nice, however they need to learn to speak English and know a little about the building and the island"
