Owners live onsite and are very responsive, helpful, friendly, and just plain nice! The 1b/1b unit onsists of a front main room with living space and kitchen, followed by a bathroom, then the bedroom with spacious closet in the back. "We enjoyed our stay very much. The view is beautiful, it’s very quiet (I think we lucked out because there are two homes quite close). The home is nice and clean - very comfortable bed, plenty of towels (for beach too). Very spacious, nice shower. The negatives were - it’s quite a drive to get to Georgetown (45 min drive at least), there are several steps to get in the front door and several to get down to the beach, the kitchen could use some additional items as cooking is required as there...

"The house was cozy. However we had no hot water from the time we got there to when we left. The host seemed to care, and a maintenance person came by late evening, said he would be back the following morning. When we returned that afternoon, there was no hot water still. The message went unanswered, until late that night. Cold showers do not make for an enjoyable stay.
