"In one word AMAZING! We rented this property to gather our immediate family, adult children and grandchildren. We had a tragedy in our family as my oldest son was killed, this made our once close family, split apart. This property was so beautiful and such a happy place to be that my prayers were answered my family began the healing process. The location and the views one could not be unhappy. Thank you Jason for helping to make the stay amazing!"

"Nicole deserves a raise! She was helpful and informative with any of our inquiries. The unit could use a few more pans etc. for reheating the delicious Maine fried seafood! Bathroom could use a new shower curtain and grout! Would definitely stay here again!! "

"The location is quite a walk from the pier, but it is directly on the ocean. The parking is horrible.The room was not very clean. I cleaned the air conditioner because it was pushing out dust,etc.We will never stay here again."

"Great stay overall! Approximately a 15 minute drive into the city in a quiet neighborhood. There were a few amenities in the room that were nice even if the kitchen wasn't available (a few plates/mugs, microwave, fridge). There was also complimentary snacks, candy, and water upon our arrival which was a nice touch. Do note that you will share the house with the host, but your room will have a separate lock.Great option for a cozy spot to rest after fun adventures in Portland! "

"We loved our 2 week stay at the Grey Goose! The sleeping arrangements worked well for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The beach amenities were great! Plenty of chairs. The umbrellas were in great condition. Our kids enjoyed using the buckets and shovels to make sand castles. Lots of beach towels provided too! We also enjoyed using the corn hole set and boogie boards. We made s’mores in the fire pit and used the hot tub almost every night. In my opinion, you cannot beat this location. We...

"This house was in a PRIME location. The views were gorgeous from everywhere in the house. We really enjoyed walking down to the beach and hanging out on the many porches. This house was even better than expected, two massive kitchens, plenty of bedrooms to spread out and so peaceful. You are also only a short drive away from the pier. "This cozy cottage is in the beautiful town of Phippsburg, next to the break-taking beach of Popham State Park. With its site on the ocean shore, the sound of waves soothes your soul, and the beach lends all kinds of opportunities for exploring both at low tide and high tide. Our host and hostess were very responsive to our needs, and my daughter and I greatly enjoyed out stay."

It is located right next to an amusement park and pier arcade, which I maybe wouldn’t prefer for an adult only vacation, but walking distance to some good restaurants and bars."
