"객실에 비해 엘리베이터 숫자가 너무 작은것은 아닌지 체크해봐야 한다. 2일동안 엘리베이터 이용하면서 너무 힘든 상황을 많이 겪었다. 다시는 가고 싶지 않다. 짐에는 상주하는 관리자가 없어서 맨발로 운동하는 사람이 운동하다가 바닥에 가래침을 밷는 상황이 생겼다. 모든 사람들이 경악했고 아무런 조치는 이루어 지지 않았고 운동시간 내내 두려움과 더러움에 휘말려 있었다."
