"Easy access to the stadiums with endless options for food and coffee. Parking isn't ideal, as most of the streets nearby close for events. While the suggestion was to choose a street-level lot a few blocks away, it was i credibly expensive. We found a cheaper parking garage even closer, that should really be the suggested location for guests. Aside from that, it was a great spot."

"Great location in Capitol Hill as an alternative to pricey hotels. Well maintained and well appointed, super comfy bed and all the amenities I needed for my three night stay. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a more economical way to visit Seattle."

"I love staying at the Lakeview Hotel. I travel to Seattle to see my son and I’ve stayed at this property every time I visited. The beds are great and the management is always available to assist. Great location in easy walking distance of stores and restaurants. "

"Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. "We stayed here 2 nights. There were 4 kids 2 adults and it was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable. It had plenty of space for us all and is quiet. Only thing is if you're going ro use the couch hideaway bed bring your own sheets and blankets because there is nothing there."

"The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. "

"The condo was great! It was perfect for the 3 of us! It was just like in the photos! The host thought of everything to make our stay perfect, like a hair dryer, curling iron, shampoo and body wash! Location was great! We would definitely stay again!"
