"엄청 큰 건물과 고급스런 로비에 어울리지 않게 폭삭 낡은 방과 가구 컨디션. 대욕장도 수질이 별반 좋다는 느낌은 들지 않음. 냉장고에 웰컴 생수 한병도 없이 복도 정수기에서 물 떠다 마셔야 하는 시스템과 로비에만 있는 전자레인지(이거 뭐 얼마나 한다고....) 특히 조식은 가격에 비해 종류가 엄청 화려해서 놀랐다가 모든 음식마다 맛없어서 깜놀.... 12층 라운지는 마실거리도 별로 많지 않은데 완전 시장바닥.... 큰 기대를 안고 갔지만 무료숙박권 생기지 않는 이상 다시 가진 않을듯."

"鳥のさえずりを聞きながらの朝食、遠くの飛行機の離発着を見ながら晩酌と楽しく過ごすことができました。 良かったところ ・部屋は全体的に広々してて快適でした。 ・５月中旬、毎日快晴で日中の気温は高かったけど、朝夕は涼しくて気持ちよかった。 ・部屋から見える森林公園とその向こうの宍道湖など、良い景色でした。 気になったところ ・メゾネットはちょっとつらい。何度も階段を下ったり上がったり。 ・洗面所が狭い。眼鏡やコンタクト用品を置く場所がなかった。 ・部屋の広さに合った、もう少し大きなテレビが有ると良かったかと。"
