"Figuring out the rent car pickup was a little confusing, but the staff is VERY responsive via Expedia messaging and email. Our electronic door lock locked us out at 10p and a couple of fast emails later someone was at our door making a fix. Excellent service!"

"The pool and hot tub are what make this property stand out. The pool is slightly heated to 28*C. Within walking distance there is a Family Mart. And up the hill there is a Starbucks, Blue Seal truck, Ramen, Bar, and a few other shops. Close to the aquarium and Sesoko Island and beach. (This is my second time staying here but this time I had a lot of problems with the hot water; it continued running out and resetting it did not always work).
