"Smaller hotel/condo building, quiet, family friendly, close to food. Convenient location to access 98. Spacious condo. Oversized twin beds was a nice surprise for my kids. REALLY liked that the rental chair vendors were NOT taking over the beach, like they have at other locations we’ve stayed at (and won’t return due to that). Great hotel! I will return! I will add that there are no gas grills. There are charcoal grills. Facility staff were friendly and provided us with charcoal, lighter fluid...

"My husband and I had a wonderful 5 night stay in Pelican L01 bayside. End unit condo had lots of windows and was so easy to walk off the patio to enjoy the lazy river, pool and bay. It was close to the elevator to access the 3rd floor skybridge to cross to the beachside. We enjoyed the umbrella and chairs included during our stay. "Awesome view, modern condo just enough for a group of 4 to 6. Spacious family room with great view of the ocean. Parking in the deck is super close regardless of your floor. Great customer service."

"The room was clean and as described. The location was great, right by the parking garage, and only one flight of stairs away from the sky bridge. We arrived early and the front desk let us check out wristbands to enjoy the pool while we waited for our room, the rental company was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The garden tub was great for relaxing after long pool and beach days. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed for cooking. The room was the perfect size for...

"The condo was so much more beautiful than the pictures showed. The beach was a 10 minute walk at max as well as really good food within a very short walking distance. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensils you might need. The host was amazing! Very responsive and just overall a great experience. I would rebook this same condo again. "

"As soon as we arrived at the place, we noticed how clean it is. It’s easy to find and have a parking available in front of the building. We felt safe in the area. The entire we stay its quiet. The walk to the beach only took 3-5mins tops. Highly recommend this place! Will definitely go back! And our host is the best and so accommodating! "
