"Everything was great, but the renovations left the property a bit dirty. Paint, scaffolding, etc. When the renovations are done, I am sure this property will pop. The pool area was AMAZING and the large beach front was PERFECT too. The porches were really big too! "

"We had a little difficulty checking in with the door code. We made contact with the manager and things were remedied quickly. The place was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the location right on the lazy river and the end unit was nice for quieter lounging on the balcony. We have stayed in Miramar for years…and believe we are shifting are peaceful place to Destin West. The bay, lazy river and location to the beach were excellent for each one of our family members. "We absolutely loved our stay here! The pools and kid areas were perfect!! the condo was on the beach so hauling all of our gear wasn’t a large task! The room was spacious and clean! We enjoyed the toys and wagon that was available in our room to use for our stay! Only issue was the washer and dryer smelt like cigarette smoke leaving our clothes with a smoky smell to them. "

"We had a very nice stay. The condo was very clean, well maintained, furnished nicely and the kitchen was well equipped. There is a wonderful side view of the beach and ocean that you can sit on the spacious balcony and enjoy. The pool is large, heated and maitained. Pool side could use a couple of umbrellas.."

"The condo was described, my favorite part was walking out the door and being so close to both the pool and the beach access. The owner is very nice and prompt to reply to questions. The unit itself was well taken care of and fully stocked. I really appreciated the fold out mattresses for the kids to sleep on. This is a great unit to enjoy your vacation on the beach."

"From booking to checking out we had such smooth and easy process! The condo was exactly as expected and perfect set up for us!! We loved that you entered the condo via a hallway (instead of outside) and that we could park on the same floor in parking garage! The condo complex was beautiful and well kept. Our kids loved the pool!! The wristband system was great and easy to access all amenities! We loved being so close to the beach!! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!!...

"I loved how comfortable the bed and especially the pillows were! It's the little things that make it wonderful. Also loved the patio that curved over the pool! Wish i could have been able to afford to stay 1 more night. 1 night is not enough. I suggest to everyone 2 nights minimum to enjoy the beach and the pools."

"We had an amazing holiday weekend! The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The setup was perfect for our family with the bunk beds and the sofa bed. The unit was equipped with everything we heeded and was furnished very nicely. Our little boy really enjoyed playing with some of the cars and trucks in the toy basket! The pools were huge and so nice! Easy walk to the beach and pool area. We will definitely book here again in the future!"

"The property location was perfect. We enjoyed the immediate access to the beach and pool. Beds were comfortable enough, but extra bedding would have been preferred. We appreciated the extra beach chair in addition to the 2 chairs and umbrella set up daily on the beach. The decor was quirky/sea hag kind of vibe--we liked it, as it added to the vacation feel. "My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summerplace. The accommodations were nice and clean. All we needed to bring were food and clothes. The two pools were great as well. Although our condo rental did not come with beach service it was available as soon as you step on the sand. The daily and weeklyratea for the service was reasonable. "
