"This was a great place to stay especially if you have a bike and kayak. We drove and biked through the refuge and enjoyed it more on the bikes. We did a short kayak trip on Harris Neck Creek at high tide and it was beautiful. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Our short stay was just perfect. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood is peaceful. Would definitely stay again! "

"I wouldn't let my dog sleep in a home managed by Patriot Family Homes. If I could leave a negative star review I would. Upon arrival it was evident that the listing for the property I rented was intentionally misleading. It showed multiple photos of another property maintained by the company, it the one I was renting. Entering the house immediately smelled of mold and the first thing you see if the window AC unit was disgusting. There was an obvious leak in the house that the owners or company...

"The beautiful home was very cozy and in quiet neighborhood. The adults, kids and grandkids all enjoyed the fishing, catching blue crabs and watching the dolphin. Definitely recommend this home for fun and relaxation."

"This is our second time staying at Oaks of Eden. It is well-named - the live oaks at the property and forest nearby are spectacular and full of birds. The cottage is very comfortable, laid out well, everything one would need is there, and the back porch is screened. The only poorly functioning item was the coffee maker, which took more than an hour to brew a pot of coffee. "

"Everything you’ll need for a great stay is on site! Very clean and well equipped house, beautiful view and my son loved the dock for fishing. Nieces loved paddle boarding in river, dock with steps made getting into and out of my kayak easier for an old lady like me!"
