"We stayed in the cottages on Lake Eerie, but all of the areas of Lighthouse Point looked very well cared for and landscaped. The Cottage was decorated nicely and we enjoyed sitting on our deck watching the boats go by. It was cloudy and cool while we were there but we did notice there would be no shade in the afternoon/evening. The cottages were very well designed and thought out. "This is the nicest cottage. Tucked away and very private and peaceful. Host was easy to contact and gave us great advice on what to bring. Would rent this for sure again!! Great hideaway and suggest it for Fall as well. The Island was great to see without the hussle and bussle of summer!!"

"Very clean and nicely decorated with a beach theme. The rental is a part of the St. Hazards complex, but is listed as being across the road. This inaccuracy caused issue with the shuttle driver as the address given through VRBO app doesn’t match the actual physical address. The online guidelines and the rental property binder didn’t mention the hot water heater switch. We found it easy, but some folks may struggle. Outside of those issues our stay was outstanding. "We were vendors at the Catawba island boat show and stayed the weekend here. Was updated and clean! They were responsive as well and no complaints. Thank you! "

"Housed our fishing group well for our short stay. Main mattress is VERY SOFT, but there are several other options in the house. Google maps does not accurately take you to the location as the actual home is beyond the main roads. Would stay again if looking for an affordable option in the area!"

"Definitely a winner for our family. Enough room to spread out but cozy enough to have great family time together. If you’re pulling a boat, there’s room to park your trailer. I recommend this property. "

"The place was right on the lake. The house was AMAZING!! Plenty of room, and the kids loved everything from the view of the lake to the board games. The house was gorgeous and only 10 minutes from shopping, dining, and Cedar Point! My kids and boyfriend said they want to come back to this house next year."

"Lakeside is wonderful, and we had everything we needed in this condo. Comfy beds, new bathrooms, and plenty of dishes in the kitchen. Centrally located to everything, with a partial view of the lake!"

"Greatest place to stay on the Island, driveway across from library, easy parking for 3 large boats. Would stay here every time if available. "

"It was a lovely stay overall, WiFi was hard to connect to but other than that it was clean and beautiful and unique , nice area by the water that is comfortable. We did other things in the area and it was a fun stay"

"This is a nice property that is well taken care of. Some of the surrounding houses are a little run down and shabby but it's a quiet area with very little traffic. The roads are very narrow which made backing in a boat a little interesting but it wasnt too bad. The host was extremely responsive and does a very nice job. "

"We stayed at this cottage for our annual spring fishing trip to Lake Erie. The stay was fantastic. Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked very well, enough room throughout the place for our gear and didn’t feel cramped, outside electrical outlet and hose hook up to use, and finally easy access in and out. Was great to have the outside deck for winding down after a long day of fishing."

"The condo was very nice and comfortable. Loved the views and space in the condo. It was very clean. You have to be ready for 3 flights of stairs lol but it was a great place to stay!"
