"Loved Captiva and overall property. Clean. Well kept. The unit overlooks mangroves. Short drive to beach villas where you can park for beach. Beach was amazing. Seashells everywhere, almost no waves, not crowded and peaceful. "

"The property is great. The view stunning. I would stay again. The lani screen needs repair and the fan doesn’t work which is a bug issue. If I stayed again I would ask that this be addressed. But it didn’t effect the overall stay!"

"Clean, small, but well equipped condo. 5 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, shelling scoop other pool floating items. Quiet, gaited area, quick walk to store and a few restaurants. Very relaxing!"

"We were three adults and two grandchildren. The pool at this house is lap-style which was perfect for us, much superior to a rounder pool. There could be two different games going on at the two ends and adults got to do laps. It is shallow at the ends and deeper in the middle, also a great thing. (One wish: that the steps to the pool at the street side could be repaired so one could exit from that end.) The cleaning system uses salt rather than chlorine which is fantastic. Super clean.Kitchen:...

"The unit was as advertised with the exception of a missing blender. When I contacted Marcus (the host) he responded immediately and gave us the go ahead to purchase a new one and reimbursed me as soon as I sent him the receipt.The unit was well stocked and even had a washer/dryer in the unit. Comfy mattress and really clean and well-maintained unit. I would definitely rent this again. "

"We had a great stay at Sea Breeze. Easy check in. Communication was great, very attentive. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked throughout. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items ready to use. Everything was better than described. The beach was easily accessible, walkable."

The neighborhood pool and hot tub amazing! My kids wants to use the gym which was not available. Hearing the ocean up close made the vacation!!! Thank you for sharing paradise with us"

"We had 2 couples, and we loved the bungalow. It was perfect for the access to the beach, the open floor plan, and access to the rest of the island. We rented a golf cart, which was a fun way to explore Captiva. We also rented bikes with the easy access to the bike trails. We pushed the twin beds together and used it for one of the couples. Great house and location. Very quick communication from the property owner. "
