"The owner responded quickly when an email was sent. It was a short walk to downtown and great shopping. Building was well maintained. It is on the corner of an intersection, on the weekend it did get a bit noisy with people leaving the bars and being loud."

"This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. Very nice location within walking distance to grocery stores and plenty of fast food...

"Great communication, perfect area central to everything we wanted to see and do. Walking distance to most of the things we wanted to see. Great view from livingroom window and balcony. Very comfortable space and quiet building.Recommend. "

"It was beyond a dream staying in a JellyBean row house, I would recommend it to anyone. I was right in the middle of St John’s. So close to the Rooms and all the food places I wanted to try. It was recently redone, so it’s modern and clean. Everything worked amazing. I would stay again in a heartbeat. "

"Terrific communication with hosts.Gave help with door lock instructions when needed, AND put retrieving my forgotten medication into action so that I had it with me when we flew home! A special thank you to Ian for that!A special thank you to Louise for making the cleanliness of the home in tip-top shape when we arrived!UNBELIEVABLY SPECTACULAR VIEWS!!Might suggest supplying walking sticks for trekking the trail out front…Would recommend getting a teapot and also a few more glasses, coffee mugs,...

"I can't say enough good things about this property and the host. Bob was so kind and helpful and full of great suggestions. Took us out fishing and caught us 5 fish! (we caught two!). Packaged them up for us and I am flying with them home. The cottage was clean and well stocked (even better than a hotel). Beds were really comfortable. We went ziplining which was literally at the bottom of the hill from the cottage. Had delicious ice cream at Tinkers ice cream shop, also at the bottom of the...

"Everything you could possibly need was provided. Comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean, close to supermarket, museum, Basilica, bus stops, and within walking distance of downtown ( with lots of hills.)"

It would be helpful to show a photo of the couch folded out flat so potential guests can see that it's not a typical pull out full bed but a couch that flattens out which may not be suitable for some people. "Nice place to stay in Torbay which is just out of St John’s area north. We had a vehicle so there were no issues getting there and around the area. Place is very clean and all the comforts you would like."
