I booked a non refundable stay since I was going in a few days. It said parking was available on site, and it’s not until after you book that you find there’s no available spots, so I was forced to look elsewhere, and drag my luggage around. That was very misleading, especially since they boast how rare it is to find a place to stay with parking on site. It was a key to my booking decision. The place was clean but the dishwasher was full, the oven looked like they sprayed the inside and lined with tin foil to clean, but never finished it. The shower had holders for soaps, but there was no soap left and no shampoo either. I tried to make coffee in the morning, but not even enough to make one pot. The pillows were INCREDIBLY thin, so extremely uncomfortable. Very good location though. We walked to the harbor for a boat ride. The CN tower, Aquarium, and Roger’s Stadium are all very close.

The only disappointment, the pillows were not comfortable, can't put my finger on the problem, but the underneath pillow bunched up and the top one was a little hard. Also, and this is not a problem with the hotel nor one they can remedy, the constant running of the transit on the road outside during the night was loud and disturbed the sleep.
