This cottage enjoys a beautiful countryside location and is only 0.5 miles from the village of Berrynarbor. There is a large children's play area, an indoor games barn with many games and an array of shared on-site facilities. Looking for a day of adventure? Only 2 miles away is Watermouth Bay where you can have a go at paddleboarding or coasteering or you can enjoy a fun-filled family day at Watermouth Castle Theme Park. You will be spoiled for choice with beaches close by that include Combe Martin 2 miles away or just 9 miles away is the award-winning seaside village of Woolacombe.

On entering this reverse level cottage, you will have both bedrooms on the ground floor. There is a lovely double bedroom and a second bedroom with three single beds. The family bathroom is also on the ground floor, and it has a bath, separate shower and WC. The staircase leads you up onto the open plan living area with high vaulted ceilings and original oak beams. These touches make this a lovely light and airy sociable space to enjoy time together with your family or friends after a day out on the beach or exploring the North Devon countryside. Catch up on a programme or movie on the TV and DVD player; here you can also relax on the comfortable sofas whilst you reminisce over the fun activities from the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a tasty meal to enjoy, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Heading outside, is a lovely courtyard area with your own picnic table and charcoal BBQ or you can unwind at the end of the day on the spacious lawn area with outdoor seating which is shared with the other properties in the complex. Or you could head for the shared indoor heated swimming pool with sunken hot tub. Children can also play in an enclosed outdoor play area with swing basket, trampoline, baby swing and picnic benches, and there’s an indoor games barn with table tennis, pool table and table football. There are also 18 acres of gardens and paddocks to explore, making the site a real country retreat ideal for families, friends or couples alike. Guests are welcome to meet the resident donkeys and pony. Sheep and cows also graze the surrounding meadows of the farm.
