"Excellent stay at the Swissotel Tbilisi. Very convenient location 20 minute walk to the old town, very well appointed and modern rooms, and a great breakfast. The service by the staff was of a high standard as well, particuarly Mariam at Concierge. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to any visitors to the city."

"Very nice boutique hotel with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was adequate. Heat/AC is on a central system that must be changed with the season as is typical in Europe. The deluxe king room was huge. The hotel is on a small side street that can be hard to find. It is very close to all the old town attractions. "

"It was a lovely boutique style hotel room, the staff was so friendly. We enjoyed the views from the two patios, there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby that we were able to visit. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast that the hotel provided was very convenient especially after a long night.I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. "

"A very clean and newer hotel. Interior design is nice but lobby and hallways are a little too dark, but could be their style. Breakfast was really good, different servings daily. I admire how the staff from the front desk to the dining area greets you everytime and so friendly. They are very accommodating to your favors (I had a couple), thanks to you all. We will be back."

"Het was geen plezierig verblijf, ik kreeg een kamer zonder licht en het was er donker en vochtig. Ik snap werkelijk niet hoe ze deze kamer kunnen verhuren. Tijdens mijn verblijf had ik ook geen warm water. Ik heb hier meerdere keren over geklaagd en ze deden het af met dat ze geen gas zouden hebben, compenseren was geen optie. Het ontbijt was erg karig en voor koffie moest betaald worden. Hoewel het personeel vriendelijk is, raad ik dit hotel niemand aan! "

"When I arrived the guy at the reception desk tried to give me a room thats very different to what I booked online. The photoes, the facilities were all different. The room didnt have balcony or was not large enough. When told him that it was not the room I booked for, he insisted it was. I refused to stay there, got in contact with the hotels to mediate it and meanwhile the guy at the reception gave up or realized I was right, I do not know but it always happens with the hotels, they usually try...
